Randolph & Company is the Country and Americana music project of Micah Randolph, a songwriter and musician from the foothills of Western North Carolina.
Built on honest storytelling and Appalachian roots, Randolph & Company exists to write songs that feel familiar, songs about faith, family, hard work, love, heartbreak, hope, and the places we call home.
Inspired by the traditions of country music and the culture of Appalachia, each song is crafted with the belief that music has the power to remind us where we came from and bring people together, no matter where life has taken them.
From the cry of a pedal steel guitar to the warmth of an acoustic melody and the drive of a full band, Randolph & Company blends traditional influences with modern songwriting to create music for what Micah affectionately calls “the misplaced hillbillies.”

Who is Micah Randolph - The Musician and Songwriter
Music has been part of Micah Randolph’s life for as long as he can remember.
He picked up the guitar at nine years old and began writing songs shortly afterward, discovering early on that songwriting was more than a hobby, it was a way to understand life and connect with people.
Raised in church, Micah developed his musicianship through worship teams before expanding into local bands, theatre productions, and live performances throughout North Carolina. By his mid-teens, he was already gaining experience performing for audiences and collaborating with other musicians.
In 2019, Micah earned an Associate in Fine Arts in Music with a concentration in guitar performance from Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute. Along the way, he became a founding member of the indie rock band Aboveground while continuing to develop his own voice as a songwriter through several solo projects.
Today, Randolph & Company serves as the home for the stories he feels called to create songs rooted in Appalachian culture, everyday life, and the belief that music can encourage, comfort, and connect people.
