Encrypted Form Submissions

Personally identifiable information submitted through these forms is encrypted at rest in the application database using Laravel's application encryption key.

Mailing List Permission

If you check the mailing-list permission box, that consent is stored with your encrypted form submission. It does not automatically subscribe you to a separate email platform in this version of the site.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies and local browser storage for basic functionality, such as security, sessions, and remembering whether you dismissed the cookie notice. Analytics or marketing cookies may be added later only with an updated notice.

Retention

Form submissions may be kept as long as needed to respond, manage projects, maintain records, or satisfy legitimate administrative needs. You can request deletion of your submitted information by using the contact form.
